LIVE SERVICE TERMS:

• VENDOR –a person or company offering goods and services for sale, especially of the website www.PenUinnow.com.
• CUSTOMER –a person or organization that buys goods or services from a store, business, or Vendor of the website www.PenUinnow.com.

• PERFORMANCE (Bookable Product Type)– a live performance of a Vendors musical compositions or talents in durations of 30 minutes or 1 hour deliverable to customers as live entertainment with a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• APPEARANCE (Bookable Product Type)– a live appearance of a Vendors musical compositions or talents in durations of 2 hours or 4 hours deliverable to customers as live entertainment to a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• HOSTING (Bookable Product Type)– a live hosting service offered by Vendors in durations of 2 hours or 4 hours deliverable to customers as live entertainment to a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• IN-STUDIO COLLABORATION (Bookable Product Type)– a personalized rhythmic vocal musical composition, instrument performance, or beat sequencing deliverable to customers as live (face-to-face) musical production services.  All In-Studio-Collaborations should be completed within 4 studio hours or less.  It is up to the Customer and Vendor to handle extra time for the completion of any services purchased.  See our “Refund Policy” for details.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• PHOTO SHOOT (Bookable Product Type)– a live photography session service offered in durations of 4 hours or 8 hours deliverable to customers for marketing purposes to a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• VIDEO SHOOT (Bookable Product Type)– a live videography session service offered in durations of 4 hours or 8 hours deliverable to customers for marketing purposes to a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• LIVE INTERVIEW (Bookable Product Type)– a live (face-to-face) meeting with a Vendor offered in durations of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour deliverable to customers for Radio or Television Stations at a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• ACTING GIG (Bookable Product Type)– a live interpretation of a script or talents in durations of 8 hours or 14 hours deliverable to customers as live performances at a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Additional dates for Acting Gigs may be purchased by increasing the quantity and inputting dates to match the quantity.  Exclusively at PenUin.

• VIDEOGRAPHY (Bookable Product Type)– a live performance of a Vendors videography or film talents in durations of 4 hours or 8 hours deliverable to customers as live entertainment with a specific venue or location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• CHOREOGRAPHY (Bookable Product Type)– a live performance of a Vendors rhythmic dance compositions or talents in durations of 30 minutes or 1 hour deliverable to customers as live entertainment with a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
• STAND-UP COMEDY (Bookable Product Type)– a live performance of a Vendors humor or talents in durations of 30 minutes or 1 hour deliverable to customers as live entertainment with a specific venue, location, and time set by the Customer.  Exclusively at PenUin.
